Complete home renovation and remodel. When Jeff was done with investment property we bought. We made a very nice profit. Jeff did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Roof work involving the chimney, Jeff is very responsible and did quality work. Inside work involved the fireplace and resurfacing the ceiling. Again the work was completed on schedule and done according to our agreement.

I hired Jeff because I felt I could trust him. After my garage was built and everyone was paid, I can still say I trust him. He will do a quality job at a fair price. He fought for me with the suppliers and sub-contractors to make sure I was getting the best price and quality job.

Probably not. We began the project when Jeff was working with another company. He broke from that company because of financial issues with that company and asked me not to tell them. We had originally booked with them. He brought in another person to work with him. Our project was to replace our windows, which made huge mess inside the house, redo the walls, floor, cabinets and doors in our master bath, and gut our kitchen and bring in new cabinets, floors and countertops and new appliances, (which we did ourselves). Jeff's recommendations on subcontractors was mostly fine...overall, the job was a success, but the devil was in the details. Sometimes we'd have to come behind them and re-do, or finish things and in fact we still have unfinished items. We had the idea that the project would be turn-key and that is not what it turned out to be. The kitchen looks great, cabinets, counters, etc. We replaced our shower with a faux marble and they did a great job. Jeff tore out the old cabinets, wall paper and wainscotting and re-textured the walls that needed it and did a great job at that. Painting doors and cabinets was not so good. He used a car paint sprayer and the finish never came out the way it should have. There was overspray all over the bathroom and on the new shower and ceiling. There was also paint all over the concrete floor, so that we had to pay for a special thinset for the tile, so that it would stick. We're still, after a year and a half, vacuuming brick mortar out of the carpet. I feel like they were not used to doing this type of work to a house with people living in it and we were all sick just about the entire time. We also had the plumbing re-worked and put upstairs, as we had had 3 slab leaks. Big holes were cut out of the walls in closets and in the garage and are still there. We thought they would be put back together. We hired someone else separately to do the tile floors in the bath and kitchen and someone else again to do the tile backsplash in the kitchen. We have recessed flourescent light fixtures in the kitchen that are still unfinished, because no one seems to be able to come up with a feasible cover. When we finally came thru all the mess and illness, overall it looks good, but many issues hindered the progress and still do. The paint on the bathroom cabinets is chipping off and there is overspray inside the drawers and cabinets. When the doors were removed, the hinges were not cleaned, so they're back on as tarnished as they were before. They were going to paint over the hinges and leave toothpicks in the doors to keep them open, but I would not allow this...as soon as the hinges were moved, the paint would break and then peel off. They weren't happy with me for being so picky as to demand that. The cabinets are beautiful the counters in the bathroom and kitchen are beautiful and so is the shower. The windows look great and the plumbing contractor recommended did a great job...it was a separate payment. Overall, the work done was very good, but as I mentioned, the details and finishing got our goat. Because we just don't have the time to do it ourselves, it remains undone.
