We all seek a sound ?roof over our head? and here at Lifetime we can replace an old roof to keep your home and family safe and sound for years to come. Our preferred roofing manufacturer is Malarkey roofing, which has been working in Portland since the 1950s. We’ve found them to be the best for our Pacific Northwest climate. Not only are they great for the local area’s climate, but they are also made right in Portland, Oregon! We love being able to support a local manufacturer, which creates Energy Star rated roofing materials. We also work with other brands and manufacturers to make sure your needs are met. We aim for 100% satisfaction.

Window installation is a huge part of what we do and we do it exceptionally well. So, when it comes time to assess your job, we take extra special care to ensure that the job is done right. We will consult with you regarding window styles and materials. We always have an open ear for our customers. We may be bona fide masters of our craft, but that does not mean that homeowners can’t alert us to important aspects of a job or to any special needs they may have. When we do a project, we want it done right. For that reason, we recommend siding from James Hardie Siding. Their cement-based siding is weather and fire resistant, insect proof, and will look fantastic for years and years. HardiePlank does not rot issues, and it can take a coat of paint, unlike vinyl siding. This makes it very versatile. Since it is made from cement, the wear on the boards will be consistent all around your home. Cement will not expand or contract with weather, so your southerly exposure will age at the same rate as your northern side.
