We had a serious problem with the tile in our shower. We called Country Custom Tile, Rick came out and showed us just how bad it was. He tore out one section of wall and discovered that the studs were rotten which meant it was to all be tore out and built from scratch. Rick explained everything in detail and there were no suprises. We received great service with a quality tile installation.

Mr. Hersey's attitude was wonderful and very personable. I had tile installed 1600 foot of floor tile on diagonal. He also ran my master shower with 8 by 8 with a listello band. He and his crew did an exceptional job. Mr. Hersey met the specified time of completion. I am very happy with the service and I would very highly recommend his company.
