J. SITKO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF 2 TO 3 MONTHS AND FINISHED RIGHT ON TIME. THOUGH OCCASIONALLY THE PLANS WERE NOT FOLLOWED, CORRECTIONS WERE MADE PROMPTLY. J. SITKO HAD ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS THAT WERE AN IMPROVEMENT. TILE WORK AND DECKING ARE OF EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD QUALITY. SITKO CONSTRUCTION DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN A RATHER SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. I AM TRULY AMAZED THAT HE DID AS MUCH WORK AS HE DID IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD - HIS CREWS WORKED 40 TO 55 HOURS A WEEK TO COMPLETE THE HOUSE.

We were very pleased with the work they did and they were very fast. J. Sitko had great ideas to improve our original plans as well. The deck turned out much better than we anticipated.

THERE WERE SOME UNANTICIPATED EXTRAS BUT THEY WERE HANDLED VERY WELL AND I DID NOT HAVE THE FEELING THAT I WAS BEING "RIPPED OFF" AS I HAVE FELT WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS. THEY DID DEVIATE FROM THE PLANS BUT WERE QUICK TO CHANGE BACK WHEN WE REQUESTED IT. JACEK EVEN MADE SOME SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS TO OUR PLANS THAT WERE VERY NICE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND J. SITKO TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR CONTRACTOR.

I was very happy with the entire experience of working with Sitko Construction for my flat roof tear off. They showed up on time for all meetings, remained communicative and responsive through out the process, started the work early and finished in an expeditous manner. The workers sent to the site had a good deal of exerience, and surprises and unanticpated difficulties were dealt with in fair and effective matter. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Also was pleased with the willingness of the team to facilitate and work with the City of Chicago approvals committee for the porch.

We hired Sitko to replace windows on three floors and do additional work to prepare the porch. They were at all times professional and responsive. When the job was complete, our management company brought in an outside window installer to review the work, and he was impressed with the workmanship. We got a good price and excellent work. Highly recommended.

Sitko was one of the few contractors that stayed on budget even with a few changes in design. They showed up on time every day until the job was complete and were extremely pleasant. I have recommended them to many people for their front porch work. I would hire them again for other home improvement jobs.
