Norm's a great guy. He's easygoing. He understands. He is willing to do whatever it takes. Whenever a problem arises he will step up and make sure everything is where it's supposed to be.

I think that because he has a small company, his values roll down (to the others)...He sets the tone for the company. He basically did a big favor for me because he slipped me in on a weekend.
