What I appreciated most about working with Russ were his suggestions for aspects of the job that were not on my radar--tile trim detail, cost differences, etc. He would patiently explain the various options to me, back them up with written cost estimates so that I could take them home and discuss with my husband, then patiently wait for me to make a decision. He was always polite, professional and knowledgeable. He never made me feel as if he did not have the time to answer my many questions.

Russ and Mike were on time, on budget, and the work was great. True professionals. I 100% recommend RTS.
