THE BUILD A LITTLE TEAM SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME DISCUSSING OUR PLAN WITH US AND SUGGESTED SEVERAL CHANGES THAT REALLY MADE OUR HOME MORE USABLE. THEY WORKED HARD TO ACCOMMODATE THE CHANGES WE MADE ALONG THE WAY AND KEPT ALL WORKERS COORDINATED SO THAT WE WE ABLE TO GET INTO OUR HOME ON SCHEDULE.

Chuck kept us very informed without talking way over our heads. He was a pleasure to work with even when times were stressful. He helped us understand that when things were not going as smooth as we thought, that things would be okay and they always were. We will definitely hire Chuck to build our next home.

Chuck was wonderful to work with and really helped us throughout the whole process. We saved over 15% with his Build a Little program based upon the final appraisal and what our actual costs were. We definitely had some not so pleasant experiences with some of the subs but Chuck was able to get us through whatever came up and handled everything easily. My parents may move down to NC in a few years and I am already sure who their builder will be.
